Actions
The project includes:
- interventions to improve the accessibility of selected natural and cultural sites in the three municipalities and the creation of accessible maps and information panels to be placed at the respective sites,
- actions to promote and publicise accessible tourist destinations through publicity material, an accessible website and information workshops,
- development of a joint strategic plan for the development of accessible tourism,
- creation of a guide to promote the two islands' emblematic accessible natural and cultural heritage sites,
- formulation of proposed accessible tourism packages and itineraries,
- development of a common system for assessing accessibility and the provision of an 'Accessible for All Natural and/or Cultural Heritage Site' label, and
- actions outside the cross-border area for the transfer of know-how and exchange of good practices.
